SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days. It takes about 5-7 working days for the order to reach you once dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

We may switch couriers from time to time to ensure the best possible service and best possible pricing to help our customers.

COD orders will only dispatch after the confirmation from the customer.

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition, so we only work with reputed courier partners to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.

RETURN

If your order is eligible for return, you can place your request by messaging us using our website's live chat support and Request for Return should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that shipping amount and COD Charges are non-refunable.
If your order is eligible for Return we will schedule a pickup for the garments within 4-5 days of receiving the request. All additional information will be provided via email.

Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.

Label Hazel reserves the right to inspect a returned product.

We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide reverse pick up services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances where we are unable to arrange for a reverse pick up, you will be required to courier us the product at your own cost.

Please note that any defective product has to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the delivery. In the event, the same is not followed, the request for the return is deemed to be rejected.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, it will take up to 7 working days to process your refund or store credit (depending on your preference).

EXCHANGE

We have a 10-day Exchange policy starting from the order delivery date. The Exchange can be initiated via our website live chat support.

Articles bought in sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

Exchanges will be processed at the original item price, not the sale price.

The customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

In case of any damaged OR missing item, the concern must be raised within 24 hours  to our customer care team for further assistance or else the complain cannot be accepted.

We will not be responsible for the items that are delivered domestically and then shipped internationally to a third party.

All exchanges are subject to item availability. if the item is no longer available, a coupon code will be issued for online use within 12 months. shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Online exchange processing takes approximately 7-10 days after verification.

Label Hazel reserves the right to reject exchange request found misusing of our exchange policy or a product received with missing tags and not in the correct condition.
